Who Are Those Guys? - Hugo Bower

Hugo Bower is another in a long line of ignored supporting and character actors who was seen in numerous films and TV series in the 1970s and 1980’s. Presumably British he appeared in such films as "The Holcroft Covenant" (1985) as General Wilhelm von Tiebolt, "Incognito"(1997), "The Razor's Edge"(1984), "Octopussy"(1983) and his only Euro-western "Sky Bandits"(1986) as Lieutenant Geyer. His last film appearance was as Smit in 1997’s “Incognito”.
