We continue our search for locations for “A Few Dollars
for Django”. The old deputy thinks Regan is the newly appointed sheriff
Coleman, come to restore order to Miles City. With some fancy gun shooting and
the help of the deputy they stop the lynching and take the man to the jail to
be held for trial.
Since many of the town sets used in the Spaghetti
westerns were full structures and not just false or fake fronts the sheriff’s
office interior was used for the scenes filmed within.
The town site used was located at Colmenar Viejo but what
little remains of some broken walls and foundations are covered in berry bushes
and shrubs.
