Spaghetti Western Locations

We continue on our search for filming locations for “Return of the Seven”. While the priest says Mass the ‘Seven’ keep watch. Suddenly Chico is fired upon. Lorca has sent several of his men on foot to take up positions in the ruins of the village but the mercenaries’ gun them down. Lorca then has the rest of his men make a full cavalry charge on the church. After losing a dozen or more of his men Lorca calls a retreat, regroups and charges again. Again he loses more men while inflicting only a flesh wound to Delgado. Lorca falls from the saddle but is rescued by his right-hand man Lopez. After this second defeat Lorca orders Lopez to return to the ranch and bring every man that works for him.

 

The exterior village at Agost is used for the two charges and battle scenes.
