El Hijo
Spaghetti-Western Stealth Game ‘El Hijo’ Gets New Trailer
Variety
By Alex Kane
June 10, 2019
“El Hijo” is a Western-inspired stealth game about a boy
trying to save his mother. No release date has been confirmed yet.
“The game is set in a mythical place that very much
resembles the American West as we know it from Sergio Leone’s westerns,
borrowing some of the most popular characteristics such as gangs of outlaws,
shady saloons, and desert landscapes, all served up with a good helping of
sarcasm and irony,” the game’s website says. “The journey begins when a farmer
and her son, El Hijo, are attacked by bandits who raze their farm to the
ground. The mother, confronted with a difficult choice, decides to leave El
Hijo with a group of old monks at a secluded monastery in order to protect him.
However, El Hijo decides that the monastic life is not for him, and he decides
to escape.”

Who Are Those Guys? ~ Antonio Cintado
Antonio Cintado was a Spanish actor seen in the theater,
films and television. He was probably born in the early to mid-1930’s as the
first credited role I have been able to find for him was in the 1959 film “Carmen
la de Ronda” directed by Tulio Demicheli and starring Sara Montiel, Jorge
Mistral and Maurice Ronet. His next credited roles were in 1964 when he
appeared on the TV show "Estudio 1" and the Euro-western “Fury of the
Apaches” directed by José MarÃa Elorrieta and starring Frank Latimore, George
Martin and Nuria Torray. Cintado continued appearing regularly in both films
and on TV until the mid-1970s when the last credited performance I can find for
him was 1976’s “La Mujer es cosa de hombres” directed by Jesús Yagüe and
starring MarÃa Luisa San José and José Sacristán.
Cintado appeared as a supporting actor in seven
Euro-westerns from the previously mentioned “Fury of the Apaches” (1964) until
“Raise Your Hands, Dead Man, You're Under Arrest” in 1971.
After 1976 and over 50 film and TV appearances he seems
to have completely disappeared from the business and his whereabouts are
unknown.
