Happy 65th Birthday Mary Roos

Singer Mary Roos was born Marianne Rosemarie Schwab on January 9, 1949 in Bingen, Rhine Germany. The sister of singer Tina York [1954- ], she is known for her appearance at the “ZDF Hitparade” (1969), “The Eurovision Song Contest” (1972) and “The Eurovision Song Contest” (1984). Mary became one of Germany`s most successful singers in the 1970s. She was one of the few European artists appearing on ‘The Muppet Show’ (1976). Mary appeared in only one Euro-western “A Fistful of Songs” (1966) as one of the entertainers singing “Jnge Liebe”.
 
Nowadays she lives in Hamburg and will celebrate her 65th birthday today
