Ringo, a skilled gunman, arrives at Rainbow Valley where a gang led by Tom Challey dominates the area. Seven years ago Challey killed a woman then blamed the murder by an Indian tribe. Challey has made a deal to supply two thousand rifles, for a fee of one hundred thousand dollars, to a Mexican general with the intention of seizing the money without delivering the goods. Ringo turns out to be the husband of the woman who was killed a few years before, and the father of a child raised by the Indians as one of their own. After many dangerous adventures, Ringo eliminates the entire gang of Challey and is greeted with gratitude by the Indians who helped him, along with the child which is revealed that he is his real father.
