Spaghetti Western Locations

Sergio Leone’s “Once Upon a Time in the West” begins in a familiar setting if you look closely. The location for the Cattle Corner station is across the tracks from the Tucumcari Station used in Leone’s “For a Few Dollars More. Look behind Woody Strode and you can see him walking towards the water tower with the building used for the station. As you can see all that remains today is the railway bed. The ties and rails have been removed. Part of the water trough where Al Mullock stands is all that remains of any structures.

Harmonica: "Did you bring a horse for me?"
Snaky: "Looks like we're....[snickers] Looks like we're shy one horse."
Harmonica: [shaking his head] "You brought two too many."

To find the location exit Autovia A-92 and take the GR-6103 road towards the La Calahorra-Ferreira station. About 1 1/4 miles stop and you will be able to find what is left of the old railroad bed and the Cattle Corner location.
