Spaghetti Western:
Between 1960 and 1975, European Film Production Companies Made Nearly 600 Westerns. Critics Either Blasted Or Ignored These Films, And Because They Werer Financed By Italian Companies, They Called Them Spaghetti Westerns. Fans Of The Genre Embraced The Term Which Is Now Lovingly Used To Label Any WesternMade And Financed By Continental Filmakers.

Now That You Know Where We Got Our Name, It's Time You Come On In And Give Us A Try.

  2. If I owned a Spaghetti Western restaurant it would look like a Spanish cantina. The waiters would all be greasy looking, wearing pancho's with fake cigars in their mouths. Some guy with a sombrero would be sitting in the corner strumming a guitar next to a fire place, where a Mexican woman would be making tortillas. The bartender would look like Ricardo Palacios and 'The Special of the Day' would be a plate of beans (everyday).

  3. Count me in for the Palacios part.

  4. I love Tom's idea of how the restaurant would look if he owned it. That's the type of establishment I'd be a patron of.
